Purchasing Terms & Conditions
• The ticket can be only used by its holder
• During the ticket’s demonstration at our venue the holder must confirm his/her identity
• The ticket is only valid on its selected date and cannot be moved to another date in less than 72 hours before its using date
• The venue’s operating times is from 09:00 – 21:00
• In case of not using the ticket, the money cannot be returned
• The ticket includes entrance to our fenced venue for 2 (two) persons and extra : 1 beach umbrella at the private venue of Kaliva On The Beach, 2 (two) beach beds and 2 beach towels
• The ticket is only valid for the pre-selected seat (number is indicated on the ticket) and it cannot be changed
• The ticket can be only used one time at its selected date by its holder
• The ticket also includes free access to Wi-Fi & WC
• The ticket also includes free car parking


Gazebos and VIP Beds Booking Policies:
* All Gazebos and VIP Beds at Kaliva On The Beach are based on a minimum spend agreement which must be prepaid through the venue’s online booking system
* (This excludes Shisha services which are offered as an exterior service at an extra cost)
* The minimum spend is the hire cost of the Gazebos and VIP beds which includes entry to the venue, free parking, free wi-fi, free towels’ rental
* The minimum spend on Gazebos and VIP Beds (as shown during the booking procedure) is the minimum amount your party commits to spend that day on food and drinks from the venue’s menu. If you do not reach your minimum spend during the hours of the event, you will not be refunded the difference and the remaining amount cannot be transferred to another booking or event. When the total billing amount of the Gazebos and VIP Beds exceeds the minimum spending limit, the difference should be paid.
* In order to complete your reservation, a non-refundable full deposit is required for Gazebos and VIP Beds. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances including situations and events out of our control, but we will offer a change to a different date in the same year or 2021 if you contact us 72 hours prior to your original reservation date (subject to availability).
